Refund Policy

Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with CVite. If you're not happy with your subscription, we offer fair and transparent refund options. This policy applies to all paid subscriptions purchased through our payment provider, Paddle.

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. When you cancel: • You retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period • No partial refunds are provided for unused days • Your account automatically reverts to the Free plan after your billing period ends We do not offer refunds for monthly subscriptions as you can cancel anytime and continue using the service until your paid period expires.

Yearly Subscriptions

Yearly subscriptions come with a 14-day money-back guarantee: • Full refund available within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked • After 14 days, you may cancel but no refund will be issued • You retain access to Pro features until the end of your subscription year The 14-day window starts from the date of purchase, not from when you first use the service.

Student Plan

The Student plan follows the same refund policy as regular subscriptions: • 14-day free trial - no charge if cancelled within trial period • After trial, standard monthly/yearly refund policies apply • Student verification is free and non-refundable (no cost involved) If your student verification is rejected, you won't be charged and can resubmit with clearer documentation.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at ahmedabdat@gmail.com with: • Your account email address • The email associated with your payment • Brief reason for the refund request (helps us improve) We aim to respond to all refund requests within 24-48 hours.

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are processed through Paddle: • Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days • The refund will be credited to your original payment method • You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exceptions

Refunds may not be available in the following cases: • Abuse of the refund policy (multiple refund requests) • Violation of our Terms of Service • Chargebacks filed without first contacting us We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of clear policy abuse.
